Nigeria: World Bank Starts 5-Year $611M Education Project in Nigeria

A total of 611 million dollars will be committed by the World Bank to a new education project in Nigeria tagged: Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDFA) which kicked off last month, the bank's senior education specialist, Dr Tunde Adekola, has said.

Adekola, who is also the Nigerian Partnership For Education Project (NIPEP) task team leader, revealed this in an interview with LEADERSHIP shortly after his team paid a courtesy call on Governor Aminu Bello Masari in Katsina yesterday.
